Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale and promotions commence 10am AEST Tuesday 19th November 2024 for a limited time and while stock lasts. This promotion and sale consists of a site-wide up to 50% discount (with the exception of Gift Cards, Guyulgang Collection items, and new releases) and gift with purchase (GWP) with minimum spend. Discount is visible at the product page and is reflected at cart and checkout level. 
This sale and promotion is for both domestic and international customers. Discounts and GWP are not applicable/redeemable for past orders. No other promotions, discounts or offers are able to be used in conjunction with this sale and promotion. No cancellations or amendments can be made to orders once payment is received. Orders are able to be returned for exchange or store credit note if required noting further T&Cs below. 
Please select styles, sizes and gift with purchases carefully. In the rare event that an item oversells, our team will reach out to advise you of this and provide solutions. Baiia is not liable for any delays during the courier process. Baiia recommends opting for Transit and Damage Protection available at checkout. Items purchased throughout this sale period are not eligible for the Alterations Reimbursement. Baiia reserves the rights to amend this sale and promotion period or terms if required.

Black Friday Gift With Purchase - Towel & Bag

Promotion commences 19/11/24 AEST for a limited time. Receive a free Waterproof Bikini Bag with your purchase, with minimum spend of $300, and a Sandfree Beach Towel with minimum spend of $350. Once the cart reaches minimum spend, free gift must be added to cart at checkout. Please select your preferred colour (pink, mocha or sage) at the checkout stage. GWP is non-exchangeable. Baiia reserves the right to send a different GWP than selected at cart depending on stock availability. Please note GWP item/s RRP do not count towards the minimum spend amount. Black Friday Dispatch Delays

Due to the high volume of orders during this sale period, please note that there may be a delay of up to 5 business days for dispatch as our team carefully packs your order. Baiia is unable to facilitate urgent orders and all orders will be packed and dispatched in the order that they're placed. Thank you for your patience during this time and please keep this in mind when you are purchasing your Baiia pieces and considering delivery dates. Please keep this, and courier delivery times during this peak period, in mind when estimating delivery dates.

Black Friday Communication Delays

During this sale period, Baiia expects an increase in communication which may result in delays of up to 5 business days on communication. Thank you for your understanding and patience throughout this time.

Black Friday Return Processing Delays

For items purchased during our Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales period, please expect an extended returns window of 45 days from the order being placed to account for any postage or dispatch delays. Please be aware that there may be a delay of up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. 

Black Friday Return of Sale Items

Items purchased during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday period may be returned for a store credit note or exchange. Like-for-like exchanges (eg. a reversible bikini top exchange in a different print or size) will not attract any additional charges after the sales period has ceased. Exchanges for a different item (eg. a reversible bikini top exchanged for a dahlia dress) will be exchanged at the RRP of the new product after the sale has ceased. If any additional payment is required, this will be collected when the exchange is processed. If an exchanged item is less than the original item, a store credit note for the difference in price will be issued when the exchange is processed. Store credit notes are issued at the cost that the item was purchased for.

Black Friday Win Your Order

Promotion commences 20th November 2024 AEST and closes on 22nd November 2024 midday. Winner will be chosen at random on Friday 22/11/2024. Winner announced via IG Stories & via EDM (sent to our subscribed mailing list). One winner only. Winner will receive the total value of their purchase refunded to their original payment method. All orders placed from the commencement of the sale (19/11/24) through to 22/11/24 midday will be in the draw to win. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services, and cannot be otherwise modified. Winner must respond to Baiia communications within 48 hours or an alternative winner will be drawn.
