Part-Time Graphic Designer

Wooloowin, Brisbane, QLD.

Create visual concepts to communicate ideas that inspire, inform and captivate as Baiia's next part-time graphic designer. The Role

Based out of Baiia HQ in Brisbane, you will be working in-house with our wonderful Marketing team to create visual designs that align with the Baiia brand. This may include, but is not limited to: EDMs, online ads, product etching, colour correcting and image editing, packaging design, and ‘thank you’ card design. 

This is a part-time role (3 or 4 days weekly). 
 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to conceptualize design identities and execute with minimal guidance
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Proven experience in creating EDMs and other digital marketing pieces
• Experience with Klaviyo and Shopify is desired, but not expected
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Experience in illustrations, graphics and other designs with the use of graphic design tools and programs, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and inDesign
• Ability to test graphics across various media channels
• A desire to improve through feedback and up-skilling with the ability to amend designs as required
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio
